Als Mitglied eines ​fünfköpfigen ​Teams von System Engineers stellst du mit diesem Team ​eine nachhaltige IT-Infrastruktur sicher und entwickelst diese permanent weiter.
Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich in unserem Team
  • Du hilfst bei der Verwaltung und Wartung unserer IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich Server, Netzwerke und Cloud-Dienste.
  • Du unterstützt die Bereitstellung, Konfiguration und Optimierung von Systemen und Anwendungen.
  • Du hilfst bei der Implementierung und Verwaltung von Überwachungs- und Protokollierungslösungen, um die Leistung und Verfügbarkeit unserer IT-Systeme sicherzustellen.
  • Du unterstützt Maßnahmen zur Netzwerksicherheit, um das Unternehmen gegen Sicherheitsbedrohungen und Schwachstellen zu schützen.
  • Du trägst zur Dokumentation und Prozessverbesserung im IT-Infrastrukturmanagement bei.
  • Du unterstützt die Einführung neuer Software und Updates im gesamten Unternehmen.
  • Du bietest internen Benutzersupport, einschließlich Fehlerbehebung und Lösung von IT-Problemen.
  • Du bildest dich ständig weiter und informierst dich über neue Technologien, bewährte Verfahren und Branchentrends im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Kubernetes und Netzwerksicherheit.

  • Du hast erfolgreich ein technisches Studium, eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum IT-Fachmann für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare, relevante Berufsausbildung absolviert.
  • Du besitzt grundlegendes Verständnis von IT-Infrastrukturkonzepten, einschließlich Server, Netzwerke und Cloud-Dienste.
  • Du hast solide Kenntnisse von Linux-Betriebssystemen, einschließlich grundlegender Verwaltungs- und Befehlszeilenkenntnisse.
  • Vertrautheit mit Virtualisierungstechnologien wie Proxmox, Docker oder Kubernetes ist von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse von Überwachungs- und Protokollierungstools (z.B. Prometheus, Grafana) sind vorteilhaft.
  • Gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Bereitschaft, im Fachgebiet zu lernen und zu wachsen, bringst du mit.
  • Du überzeugst durch deine kommunikative, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und bist ein absoluter Teamplayer. 
  • Du hast gute, fachbezogene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und idealerweise gute Deutschkenntnisse.

How you can contribute to our shared success
As a member of a five-strong team of System Engineers, you will work with this team to ensure a sustainable IT infrastructure and develop it further on an ongoing basis.
These tasks are waiting for you in our team
  • You assist with the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
  • You support the provisioning, configuration, and optimization of systems and applications.
  • Also you help implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the performance and availability of our IT systems.
  • You support network security measures to protect against security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • You contribute to documentation and process improvements for IT infrastructure management.
  • Assist with the rollout of new software and updates across the organization is also part of your tasks.
  • You provide internal user support, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
  • You stay up to date on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends related to IT infrastructure, Kubernetes, and network security.
Your Data - What we are looking forward to
  • You have a successfully completed technical degree, a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration, or comparable relevant professional education.
  • You have basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
  • You have a solid understanding of Linux operating systems, including basic administration and command-line skills.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Proxmox, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) is advantageous.
  • You have good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • You have a good, technical command of written and spoken English and ideally a good command of German.
