Then we are looking for you to join us as a (Senior) Value Engineer (f/m/d) and become part of our team!
These tasks are waiting for you in our team
- Partner with Sales in presales cycles to understand customer data landscapes, business priorities, and migration or modernization needs in SAP environments.
- Translate customer requirements into value-oriented solution concepts, business cases, and target architectures, optimally with at least one year experience in SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and/or SAP BDC.
- Design and present compelling demos, workshops, and proof-of-value scenarios that show how our One Data Software accelerates SAP BW migrations and target system adoption.
- Quantify customer value by identifying efficiency gains, risk reduction, migration acceleration, and data-product opportunities across SAP data and analytics use cases.
- Provide technical and functional guidance in customer meetings, RFP responses, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and our services department to ensure customer feedback, value hypotheses, and technical requirements are reflected in our offerings.
- Contribute to reusable presales assets such as demo scripts, value frameworks, discovery templates, migration playbooks, and best-practice materials.
Your Data - What we are looking forward to
- Experience in presales, solution consulting, value engineering, SAP consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role.
- A solid SAP Datasphere and/or SAP BW background, especially in data modeling, transformations, reporting logic, or analytics architectures.
- At least 1 year of practical experience with SAP BDC, ideally in the context of SAP BW modernization, migration, or analytics use cases.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, customer outcomes, and clear value propositions.
- Confidence in leading discovery conversations, presenting to technical and business stakeholders, and guiding customers through decision processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to structure complex topics into crisp narratives, demos, and business cases.
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Databricks, or enterprise data platforms is a plus.
- Professional proficiency in English with the ability to communicate confidently in client-facing contexts; German language skills are a plus.
